Coast Beacon is a privately owned wholesale distributor of seafood headquartered in Tustin, CA. Since 2007, we have sourced the highest quality seafood from the Far East. We have had significant growth and market share since the inception.

Sang Phan – President
Sang Phan is a graduate of Lehigh University, PA with a Bachelor degree in Integrated Business and Engineering – Chemical Engineering. He brings to Coast Beacon his engineering knacks, problem solving skills and his love for good foods which he aspires to share with all employees and customers. His philosophy is simple: We are what we eat. Everybody should be able to get premium quality food at a price point that makes sense. Sang enjoys spending time with his family, soccer, tennis and traveling to all corners of the world.
Rich Benavides – VP Sales & Operations
Richard Benavides is Vice President of Sales & Operations for Coast Beacon Incorporated and had previously worked with the National Fisheries institute Logistics Team.
With a background in logistics that spans over 36 years, his career spreads across several industries, including corporations such as Dole Foods, Yamaha, and Toyo Tires. He has been a logistics consultant for many companies in the food industry and has worked with owners to startup 3PL organizations. In addition, he has previously owned a logistics company which operated in the western region.
He earned his BS degree in finance from California State University, Long Beach.
He is proud to have served in the United States Marine Corp.
